JEFF LOBB
I'm Jeff Lobb, a Registered Social Worker and Professional Certified Coach, and the counsellor behind Reconcile in Regina. I work with individuals, couples, and families looking for a healthier way forward in their lives, relationships, and work, and I walk alongside them toward real, lasting change.
My counselling practice is built on more than 20 years of work centred on helping people grow and heal. As a Special Education Teacher and Supportive Environment Program Lead, I have supported neurodivergent young people and those facing anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges, working with families, clinicians, specialists, and medical teams. Through my own coaching practice, I have guided leaders and adults through stress, transitions, and change. Both roles have given me a deep understanding of how struggles affect a person's daily life, relationships, and sense of self, and they prepare me to meet clients' needs today.
I hold bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Education, a Master of Education, and a Master's Certificate in Executive Coaching. I have worked alongside Sovereign First Nations communities in northern and southern Saskatchewan, lived and worked in Canada, the United States, and Kuwait. As a multilingual practitioner who has travelled to more than 40 countries, I respect the many ways people understand their struggles and hopes.
My style is focused, compassionate, and direct. I listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and help turn insight into practical steps, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, metacognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches.
At Reconcile, three words guide our work: Heal, Empower, and Transform. We care for what hurts, develop new ways of thinking and responding, and build change that lasts. We start where you are, with respect for your story, your strengths, and the life you want to build.
